  As a result of its many years of experience in the energy efficiency business, the specific circumstances surrounding its creation as one of the world first Energy Service Companies (ESCO), its experience in the development and implementation of the EPC concept in more then 50 countries and current trends in the energy efficiency market worldwide, Econoler has developed a worldwide experience in the Measurement and Verification (M&V) of energy savings generated by energy efficiency projects. Econoler has developed and implemented thousands of M&V plans for all types of projects in the commercial, institutional and residential sectors, both in North America and around the world.

  In addition, one of key leaders of Econoler currently serves on the board of the Efficiency Valuation Organization (EVO), a non-profit organization focusing on the development of standardized tools for the evaluation and adequate measurement of the impacts of energy efficiency programs. EVO now manages the development and regular amending of the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP), initially developed by the US Department of Energy. Many experts of Econoler acts as trainer for EVO in North America and internationally, delivering Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP) certification

  Econoler fully owns ENER21, a specialised company in the measurement of energy consumption, the use of measurement for M&V and in Monitoring and Targeting activities, a technique to generate energy savings through the art and science of energy measurement.
